How do I know if it worked?

  • If you don’t see the trade on your chart.observer dashboard screen, first try logging out and back in to your chart.observer account.
  • If it still isn’t there, take a look at your Trade History page.
  • Double check your Tradingview alert logs and make sure everything looks correct.
  • Try setting up another alert, and also select the option to send an email to your email address. This is on the Notifications page, above the Webhook checkbox.
  • You should, at the very least, be getting the email from Tradingview. If not, then the problem is on the Tradingview end.
  • Copy the content of that email message and send it to us using the contact form. Please include the email address you used to register your account.
